Payment can be made directly with the PRO Shop at the 1st tee before going out on the course. This is the preferred method of payment.
The 85th Annual Competition for The McCaw/Royal Dublin Perpetual Cup, The Richard Fleury Cup, The Percy Kellett Cup and The Wendy Porter Cup, will be held at Rathfarnham Golf Club, Rathfarnham on Friday 10th July 2026
The Competition is open to all Male and Female Members of all Schools Unions/Past Pupils Associations affiliated to the ASU.
Each individual School is responsible for gathering its own members to play and entering their names on the Team sheet that will be provided.
Each Union should nominate their preference for Tee-Times The Slots allocated by RGC are from 12pm to 3pm. If a Tee Time outside these hours is required the earlier the notice the better.
Players from different Unions may play with participants from other Unions.
RGC’s preference is for Groups of 3
All Players to arrive 30 Minutes before allotted Tee-Time in order to allow for Registration.
Each Union may enter any number of Players.
The Competition will be Stableford.
The following prizes will be awarded:
The McCaw/Royal Dublin Perpetual Cup to the Union returning the best aggregate score from 4 Players. Handicap limit: Ladies 36, Men 28. Official Club Handicap.
For the 2nd best Team score (4 Cards). For the 3rd best Team score (4 cards)
The Richard Fleury Cup (0-12 Handicap) For the best and 2nd best individual scores.
The Percy Kellett Cup (13-20 Handicap) For the best and 2nd best individual scores
The Wendy Porter Cup Ladies Only For the best and 2nd best Individual scores
The Jimmy Harris Cup ( 20 plus Handicap)
The St Patricks Cathedral Cup is only open to players from St Patricks School
